Amos: The Prophet: A new Adult Sunday School study focused on the Book of Amos wil begin November 9th. This book in the OT is a version of hte letter written to the Laodicean church of Revelation chapter 3. God's people in Israel at the time of Amos, just a s the church of Laodicea, had become just like the surrounding culture - lukewarm, living in luxury, complacent in 'religison'. What can we learn about how God deals with his people? We hope you can join us for this small, but impactful book from the OT.

We are the Chinese Bible Church of Oak Park, a non-denominational church with English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking congregations located in beautiful Oak Park, a western suburb of Chicago. We are one of the oldest Chinese Churches in the Chicagoland area (105 years and counting...). In practice, this church unites three language groups into one body in love and in mission to proclaim and liave out the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We help people connect with God so they can unlock the power and peace of the Gospel. It is our hope to guide people to see the reality of God’s truth in their lives. Help people where they’re motivated in exploring God’s truth by reading & studying on their own. Help people to be more than hearers, but doers of the Word. The goals of teaching have always been to Inform, Inspire, Illustrate the truth of God’s Word & the gospel (love) of Jesus Christ. Every person is unique so personal care from the church body is critical for spiritual growth. Will you join us in that journey?
